Good evening, Bethesda Parents! This is Principal Moore-Lawrence with the Principal's Weekly Spotlight for the week of June 3rd-7th.  This is the last week of school and it's going to be a busy week. Please listen to the following announcements and reminders about what's happening at Bethesda this week.

#1--Don't forget to register your five-year-old for kindergarten.

#2--Kindergarten and fifth grade promotion pictures are still on sale. Also, there are a few copies of the yearbook left for sale. Stop by the main office to purchase them.

#3--Monday is Career Day for 3rd-5th grade students. We are excited about the speakers who're coming to share information about their careers. On Monday, 3rd-5th grade students are encouraged to dress as they  would for their future careers.

#4--Awards Programs are this week for all grade levels. The attire is dress to impress. Kindergarten is Monday at 9:30, First and second is Tuesday at 9:30, Third and fourth is Tuesday at 11:30, and Fifth is Thursday at 9:30. Seating is limited so each student is allotted two guests.  Thank you for your cooperation.

#5--The last day of school is Friday and school ends at 1:30. Afterschool is closed on Friday afternoon. Report cards go home on Thursday for 5th grade and Friday for Kindergarten-Fourth grades.
